Meet Your Dental Team in Memphis, TN

Collene began working with Dr. Wills in April 2014. Collene has worked in all aspects of the dental field for over 32 years, receiving her dental assisting certification from Eastern College of Health Vocations in New Orleans, Louisiana, along with an EDDA certification from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. She has also taught senior dental students how to work with dental assistants as a faculty team member at the LSU School of Dentistry. Collene is an active member of the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM).

Collene will be the first person to greet you either on the telephone or when you walk through our front door. She does her best to help patients feel comfortable in our office, from helping educate them about their treatments to helping them receive the care they need. She loves seeing our patients smile and laugh. Collene is dedicated to helping patients and their families trust us with their dental needs, and works closely with our patients to help them understand the need for their treatment and the financial aspects of their care. She also markets our practice to everyone she meets, wherever she meets them!

Collene moved from her hometown of New Orleans in 2009. She now calls Southaven, Mississippi, home, along with our office. When Collene is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 34 years, her son and daughter-in-law, and her two beautiful granddaughters. She enjoys Cajun cooking and Notre Dame and Saints football. She loves listening to music, shopping, and teaching her Amazon Parrot to talk. She is passionate about fragrance and family time.

Jackie joined our team in 2006. Since joining our office, she has been providing her patients with the best care possible by spending ample time with each patient and using the latest technology. A 1988 graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene, Jackie is certified in nitrous oxide administration and local anesthesia. She also has experience in periodontal therapy and can provide expertise in the treatment of moderate to advanced periodontal disease without referring to another office. Jackie enjoys working cohesively with the rest of our team to provide quality care.

Jackie has been married to her husband, Wally, for 25 years, and they have two sons, Quinn and Barrett. Her spare time is spent running, cooking, traveling, and doing yoga.

Kristin was born and raised here in Memphis, TN! She attended the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, graduating in 2016 with her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Kristen likes to help our patients feel more at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each patient. Her favorite part of her job is providing patients with the experience of good dental care and the feeling of a great smile.

Since July 2000, Tameka has been assisting Dr. J Whitley Wills and bringing beautiful smiles to our patients. Tameka enjoys spending educating our patients about the importance of their dental health. By providing personalized information and education to each patient, Tameka helps provide exceptional dental experiences that help to put her patients at ease. She also helps grow our practice by marketing on her social media platforms and assuring our patients that we will always take care of their dental needs without distress or discomfort.

Tameka received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Memphis. Married with two children, Tameka’s hobbies include spending time with her family, couponing, exercising (strength training), roller skating and traveling.

Bre is a dedicated dental assistant who studied dental assisting at Concorde Career College, where she graduated with honors. She joined our team in 2023, and has found her home assisting and helping patients achieve the smiles of their dreams. Bre is committed to supporting her team and helping others. She values the relationships she has built with her coworkers and our patients, and enjoys being a part of a great team.

Bre lives in South Haven with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, riding four-wheelers and spending time with her family outdoors.
